Gastritis isĀ an inflammation or erosion of the stomach lining which affect the production of protective mucus and causes indigestion symptoms, feeling full and abdominal pain. Some factors such as bacterial infection, some medications, age, excessive alcohol intake and stress increase your risk of gastritis. Gastritis complications include peptic ulcers, bleeding, nutritional deficiencies, and an increased risk of cancer. Diet: Diet play an important role in the digestive system and some foods and drinks can improve or worsen the gastritis symptoms. To manage the symptom you should avoid some foods and drinks that trigger symptoms. Foods that cause stomach irritation and should be avoided
